Gerald P. Neugebauer, Jr. is the managing shareholder of Neugebauer & Swope, P.C. Jerry's primary areas of practice include all aspects of estate administration, from opening to settlement, including income tax compliance, estate planning, real estate of all types and stages, coal industry matters, banking matters and contracts of all types. As a Certified Public Accountant, Jerry also handles many Federal, state and local tax issues and general business matters.

Lisa M. Swope, Esquire
is Lisa M. Swope is a shareholder of Neugebauer & Swope, P.C. Lisa’s primary area of practice is bankruptcy law, business planning and litigation. Lisa has been a Bankruptcy Panel Trustees for the United States Trustee Office of the Western District of Pennsylvania since 2000. As part of her practice, Lisa takes an active role in advising clients in various business activities to assist those small business clients who do not have the means for in-house counsel, yet need the expertise of a business lawyer from time to time. Prior to that time, since 1997, she served as an Assistant District Attorney for the District Attorney’s Office of Cambria County.

Gregory J. Neugebauer is a shareholder of Neugebauer & Swope, P.C. Greg’s primary areas of practice include civil litigation, family law (including divorce, custody and support), orphans’ court matters (including adoption and adult incapacitation), business planning and litigation, bankruptcy, estate planning and estate administration. Greg’s practice also includes civil and orphans' court appellate work, and he has argued in front of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. Greg is also currently serving as an Assistant District Attorney in Cambria County since 2016.

Thomas A. Swope, Jr., Esquire (Of Counsel)
Thomas A. Swope, Jr. is "of counsel" with the law firm of Neugebauer & Swope, P.C. Tom was Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Cambria County from 1988 through 2004 and, ruing this time, was Administrative Law Judge of the Orphans' Court Division of said Court. In 2005 he was appointed as Senior Judge for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. From 1960 to 1987 he practiced law for 27 years as a partner of the law firm of Swope & Neugebauer (formerly Swope & Swope). He was also a Deputy Attorney General (1961-1962) and an Assistant District Attorney (1965-1970). From 1967 to 1999 he was an Adjunct Professor of Law at Saint Francis University.
