ESTATE PLANNING AND ADMINISTRATION
The comprehensive estate planning provided by Neugebauer & Swope, P.C. includes wills, living wills, powers of attorney, trusts and gifts. Further, our firm can handle estate administration after death, including the opening of the estate, inheritance tax returns, distribution and any other necessary steps to complete and close the estate. 

BANKRUPTCY / CREDITOR'S RIGHTS
There are primarily two types of bankruptcy that Neugebauer & Swope, P.C. handles, Chapter 7 and Chapter 13. Also represent lenders with creditor's rights matters, including foreclosure and enforcement of judgments.
